This happened during my legendary 4 month stay in San Francisco. It is enough that San Francisco as a whole is known to be a crazy party city full of twisted-minded people who love to go nuts. However, when I moved there, I ended up kicking it up a notch and living the Haight and Ashbury district. For those of you who don’t know what is so special about Haight and Ashbury, here is a Wikipedia link: Haight-Ashbury. To summarize in a sentence, the district is famous for being a center of the hippie movement in the 60th. Interestingly enough, while the hippie movement might have died anywhere else across the world, the H&A hippies are still flourishing. The amount of crazy shit that still goes on in the area is fascinating.

My story serves as a living proof. One morning, after a good night of partying, I woke up and decided that it’s time to give my liver a break and do something healthy –  like go for a jog. I threw on my running shoes and walked to the Panhandle (nearby park). When I made my way there, I realized that other San Francisco folks decided to go for a run as well. What I saw was Bay to Breakers. I figured that it was imperative for me to share my experience with others, so I ran back home and grabbed a camera. The result is video below. Enjoy.

I apologize for the crappy quality. I need to re-upload the video to fix it, and I will do so at some point.
